Q: What materials are your wheels made of?

A: All our wheels are made of heat-treated aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum alloy to provide the best strength to weight ratio. It allows us to create more sophisticated designs while maintaining a higher degree of structural integrity than other wheels.

Q: What forging method do you use?

A: We use machine forging method to provide maximum customization capability and ultimate precision.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master, Amex, as well as EFT. We also have PayBright payment plan available. Visit here or contact us for details.

Q: What options do I have for wheel customization?

A: Absolutely anything! PCD, centre bore, offset, finishes, and even spoke design can all be altered. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What finish option do you offer?

A: All finishes in the finish swatch are available for almost every design. Finish swatch is available on design collectio ndetail page. If you are looking for custom color or finish for your wheels, please contact us so we can discuss!

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: We offer a 5-year limited warranty on structure and a 1-year warranty on finish. Please visit the Warranty section for more details.

Q: Do you have payment plans available?

A: : Yes. We have an up-to-12 month interest-free payment plan available through PayBright, or a 16-month payment plan with regular interest (pending credit approval).

Q: Do you perform safety testing on your wheels?

A: Due to the destructive nature of standard testing methods for cast wheels (and the fact that all of our wheels are different), we utilize FEA (Finite Element Analysis). All of our wheels designs run through rigorous computer simulations and are compliant with TÜV, JWL and VIA safety standards.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Please contact us for shipping outside Canada and the US, or for a shipping quote to your location.

Q: Do I need to purchase separate wheel lug nuts/bolts?

A: By default, we design wheels to fit your car's OEM lugs/bolts. We carry forged aluminum nuts and bolts as well to complement the wheels. Let us know when you placing your orders.

Q: Do you sell wheel & tire packages?

A: No, we sell wheels only at the moment.

Q: Do you have a sponsorship program available?

A: Yes. We have a partial sponsorship/brand ambassador program available which we offer various perks and benefits to approved individuals. Please visit HERE for more details. Q: Can you make a lip/barrel for my 3-piece wheels?

A: Unfortunately, we do not supply individual parts (inner, outter, barrel etc.) for multi-piece wheels due to the potential fitting issues. However if you need to get centres made, we can help with that!

Q: Can I return and refund once I receive the wheels

A: Because our wheels are made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have received your wheels with incorrect specifications due to our error, we will replace them for you. For more info, please visit our Warranty and Return page.

Q: How much taxes/duties do I need to pay?

A: All our wheels are shipped from our Vancouver warehouse, there is no international duties or taxes. Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address you provide. Please contact us for details.

Q: Why do forged wheels cost so much more than cast wheels?

A: : Forged wheels require much more labour, more expensive (and more) material and feature more specialized designs. The finishes on the wheels are all hand applied by our artisans. However in return you get a far stronger, lighter and stunning looking wheels.

Q: I own a shop/store, can I become your dealer?

A: We are preparing to launch our dealer program. Please contact us and leave your information so we can reach out to you when the dealer program is live.

Q: Where are your guys located?

A: We are based out of Vancouver, B.C.

Q: Do you make your wheels in house?

A: Our wheels are made by our manufacturer partner in Asia. We have vetted this manufacturer extensively to make sure their production meets our high standards. For more on this, please see here.
